Yes! You can download and run Theatre Mask completely free. In evaluation mode, all tracking features, OSC commands, and video feeds are unlocked, with an "EVALUATION" watermark over the mask preview. This allows you to calibrate and rehearse your full show before purchasing a licence.
Once your Stripe payment completes, your unique 20-character licence key is immediately displayed on screen and emailed to you. In Theatre Mask, click the Licence button in the top-right toolbar (or press Menu > Licence), paste your key, and click Activate Licence.
No. The licence is verified online once upon activation and cached securely on your Mac. If your theatre has no internet or Wi-Fi during curtain call, the app will continue to run unhindered in offline show mode.
You can use the official Live Link Face app by Epic Games (available free on the iOS App Store) or any OSC/UDP ARKit face tracking sender pointing to your Mac's IP address on port 11111.
